Online courses are boring. Podcasts are fun.

So we made courses that play like podcasts. Except this one lets you join the conversation. Raise your hand and say hi!

The idea

A podcast you can talk to.

Two hosts, Mara and Ellis, teach the subject by talking it through, like a podcast. You listen wherever you are. When something doesn’t make sense, you just say so. They stop, answer your question, and pick the lesson back up.

See it

One minute with the hosts.

Turn your sound on if you can.

Step by step

How a lesson actually goes

01

Press play

Walking, driving, doing the dishes. Screen on or off, it works either way.

02

Raise your hand

Confused? Say so. The hosts stop and bring you into the conversation by name.

03

Ask out loud

Ask in your own words. One of the hosts answers your actual question, and you can ask more if you need to.

04

It picks up

When you’re done, the lesson picks up right where it left off. No fuss.

Raise your hand

Got a question? Just ask.

No typing, no forums, no waiting a day for a reply. You ask, they answer, and you keep going. This is for you if:

  • You listen to podcasts for hours a week.
  • You’ve bought courses you never finished.
  • You learn better when you can ask questions.
  • You’d rather learn while walking, driving or cooking.
  • You want a real course, start to finish, not random clips.

A moment from course one

MaraSo a prompt is just the instruction you give it. The clearer it is, the better the answer.

EllisTwo things make it clear. Say who it’s for, and say what good looks like.

YouHang on. What do you mean, who it’s for?

EllisGood question. Say “write this for a busy plumber” and the whole answer changes. Different words, different length, different examples.

MaraRight. Where were we. What good looks like.
